Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. About this service
LocaleFlow Studio ("the Service") is a private, single-operator content workflow tool. It is operated by an individual developer for their own use. It is not a public product and is not offered to third parties.
2. What the Service does
The Service helps its operator capture source material from public web pages, produce localized (translated) versions of that material, review the result, and schedule or publish posts to social accounts owned by the operator, using those platforms' official APIs.
3. Eligibility and access
Access is limited to the operator. The Service is not offered to the public and has no public registration flow.
4. Operator responsibilities
Only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
Ensure you hold the rights required to reuse, translate and republish any source material you process through the Service.
Comply with the terms of service, community guidelines and developer policies of every platform you connect, including TikTok.
5. Third-party platforms
When a TikTok account is connected, the Service uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Use of TikTok itself is governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. The Service acts only on accounts that have been explicitly authorized, and only for actions the operator has reviewed and approved.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code and interface, belongs to its operator. Source material processed through the Service remains subject to the rights of its original creators; the Service grants no rights to that material.
7. Availability
The Service runs on the operator's own computer and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable whenever that computer is off or offline. No service level is promised.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms are accepted.
